Shipping Locations
The Grounded Dollar currently ships within the United States only. Due to international shipping costs, tariffs, and customs fees, we are not offering international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
The Grounded Dollar is a small business, and orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive safely. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Shipping & Delivery
We primarily ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Once your shipping label has been created, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Estimated delivery times are generally 1–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier operations.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.
The Grounded Dollar is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for theft occurring after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by law.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist with the appropriate carrier claim or resolution.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or because delivery was refused or unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Digital Products
Digital downloads do not require shipping. Purchased digital products are delivered electronically according to the instructions provided at checkout.
